The staffs are all friendly. My grandmother cannot go upstairs so they immediately provided us a Sofa Bed for her. the process from check in to check out is all okay. will definitely book this one again.

Had a great time here with my family. Felt very secured with the cctvs around and the gate always closed. They were very responsive with our needs all throught out our stay. Internet connection was a bit intermittent though but it must be the weather and internet provider.
A very nice place to stay in if you're attending a concert. They offer a service as well to and from Philippine Arena-- hassle-free for concert-goers!

Teresita is a great host. The place is easy to find. We get there very late but she was there to accommodate us. We had a problem with the internet but the host resolved immediately we were happy after that. Teresita brought complimentary brewed coffee in the morning. Our first day she brought a saute mix vegetable we are so glad. The room is clean and we feel very safe the place surrounded by plants. The house keeper is so nice and very polite. If I ask somethings they easily bring it in our room. For sure we will come back again.

We had a very comfortable stay! Ms. Tess and her staff were nice and accommodating. The location was easy to find and accessible to nearby restaurants. The unit was clean, safe and big enough for the four of us. Everything we needed was there, including a secure parking space. We surely found a home in Malolos

Our stay is another success one. She is very accommodating (we did an early check-in coz we arrived in Malolos so early in the morning and it was also raining) Place is the same as i have remembered with my previous stays in this location. We ended up renting another room/apt for our friends and family.
